|Recommended: NoAs a long time resident of Riverview, formally River Vue, I must say the building is a shadow of its former self. Under the management of Berger, there has been a consistent reduction of services and amenities while rent prices have consistently increased. This is no longer a luxury building, but just an average facility with good views. Just this week, they informed us that our valet parking amenity is going away. This also means that any security we may have had at the building is going away. Don’t be fooled by the views. Berger has turned this into a very expensive mediocre building with no security and lax management. If you are looking for luxury this is not the building for you.
